Cody Perras

Cody Perras is the President and Co-Owner of American Restoration and Construction LLC (ARC), bringing a unique combination of financial expertise, construction management, and firsthand restoration experience to every project.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Cody earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2015. Following graduation, he began his career as a Staff Accountant and Project Manager for a construction company, where he gained valuable experience across multiple areas of the construction industry, including project coordination, financial management, and operations. He later expanded his expertise by managing multiple multi-million-dollar lighting projects, further strengthening his leadership and large-scale project management capabilities.

Cody’s connection to the restoration industry became deeply personal after his family home suffered a devastating fire. Following nearly 18 months of frustrating and inadequate service from the restoration company handling the claim, his family experienced firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges homeowners face during catastrophic losses. Determined to take control of the rebuilding process, Cody’s father completed the construction himself and went on to become Co-Founder and Vice President of N.E. Disaster Restoration.

In 2022, Cody joined N.E. Disaster Restoration as Company Controller while also supporting project management efforts. Over the next four years, he played an instrumental role in the company’s growth as it expanded significantly and successfully managed more than 500 insurance claims annually. During this time, Cody became known for his strong customer relationships, operational leadership, and commitment to helping property owners navigate difficult situations with transparency and care.

Near the end of 2025, Cody partnered with longtime high school friend William L’Europa to launch ARC. Their vision was straightforward: combine William’s decade of insurance adjusting and restoration expertise with Cody’s customer-first mindset and operational experience to build a company dedicated to delivering exceptional service during some of life’s most challenging moments. Alongside co-founder Bryan Testa, whose extensive sales and customer service background further strengthens the team, ARC was built on a commitment to trust, communication, and quality craftsmanship.

In addition to its restoration services, ARC is highly competent and skilled in the commercial buildout space. Under Cody’s leadership, the company plans to strategically grow its commercial division to help large commercial property owners modernize, improve, and enhance their spaces—creating environments that better serve tenants, employees, and customers while increasing the overall appeal and value of their properties.

Whether responding to water, fire, storm, or major reconstruction losses, or partnering with commercial clients on transformative buildout projects, Cody and the ARC team are committed to restoring and rebuilding properties better than before.
